BHS Student & Family Update August 28, 2026

On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, students will participate in a 9/11 remembrance activity in advance of the upcoming 25th anniversary of that national tragedy. This activity will be conducted in ILT, and students will have the opportunity to process the information with their teacher.

Please take a moment to read the 2026 BHS Open House invitation to learn more about our plans for the event. Your evening will start promptly at 6:00 PM in your student's ILT classroom. I will send out additional information as we get closer to the date.

11th-grade students with a study hall scheduled during 1st or 7th block are eligible for late-arrival and/or early-dismissal privileges. Parent or guardian permission is required to make this adjustment to a student's schedule. Please complete the permission form using [this link].

Click here to access the 26-27 bus routes. In the morning, buses drop students off at the main entrance, and in the afternoon, buses are located both in front of the building and at the auditorium/gym entrance.

Please follow this Morning Drop-Off Map. Please plan to get there earlier than usual the first few days as we expect a lot of traffic. Doors open at 7:00 AM. The main entrance is for buses only and is off-limits to student drop-offs until 7:25 AM.

Afternoon Pick-Up: Please park in the student parking lot in any available spot. Traffic can be hectic so please exercise caution when leaving.
