NEXT STEPS

Brookfield High School has been accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) since 1968.   We are beginning a self-reflection process in preparation for an evaluation team visit in October 2027.

To support that self-reflection, all students, families, and faculty members will complete surveys to provide important feedback on our work. We hope to learn more about what is working well for our students and identify areas for growth and improvement. Every student will have an opportunity to complete the survey during the school day.

Parents/guardians will also be surveyed, so please look out for an upcoming ParentSquare message from me with the survey link. We ask that every family complete one survey. You do not need to complete multiple surveys if you have more than one student in the school. The survey is mobile-ready and can be completed on a computer, tablet, or phone.

For additional information about NEASC accreditation, please visit https://www.neasc.org/accreditation/pathways/public-schools.

Students dealing with stress, anxiety, emotional challenges, or who just need someone to talk to can access behavioral health services right at BHS. All BHS students can access services, regardless of insurance or ability to pay.

We use the Standard Response Protocol (SRP), a nationally recognized process for responding to emergencies. This is a copy of the SRP poster that is in every classroom and office across the school. For more information, click here to visit the SRP website.

Yearbooks for the 2026-2027 school year are now available for preorder.

Reserve your copy at the early bird pricing of $55 until November 1st, 2026. The price will increase to $65 on November 2nd, 2026. The price will increase again to $75 on February 1st, 2027.   Click the link here to order your copy.     Senior Parents: You can create and purchase your senior's recognition ad at this link here.  Please email Mr. Steinbeiser at steinbeisera@brookfieldps.org with any questions.
